We help founders grow by being vulnerable with each other. We do this via hosting in-person lunches, retreats, topic-specific roundtables and by simply sharing useful content.
Members of the Upside Club belong to a new generation who doesn’t believe “the secret is the soul of the business”, quite the opposite. We all see sharing our learnings, experiences, and vulnerabilities in the open (oftentimes publicly) as a growth mechanism.
This community won’t be a fit for everyone. And that’s OK.

Who’s behind this?
What’s the goal?
Make the entrepreneurial journey less lonely, by connecting ambitious people with each other and get them to help each other.
How does this make money?
It doesn’t. We’re focused on bringing founders together, not on making money out of this. What people pay to attend each event is solely to cover its cost (e.g. if it’s a lunch, the meal and the private room’s reservation).
How much info am I expected to share?
You’re expected to share as much as you’re comfortable to, regarding your challenges. The only thing we really ask you to share are some financial metrics, like revenue and profit.
But what about confidentiality?
We don’t sign NDAs. If you’re too concerned about what the founders in this event may do or think about the stuff you’ll share about your business and yourself, then maybe this isn’t for you.
